Contact us within 24 hours of your swap, while we can still find its record.
Write within 24 hours. Swap records are deleted 24 hours after a swap is created (see the Privacy policy). After that we can only help with the order ID and transaction IDs you send us.
What to include
- Your order ID, shown at the top of the swap box (for example QS-7KX2M9PA).
- Your deposit transaction ID, if you already sent coins.
- What you expected and what happened, in a sentence or two.
You don't need to send your name or any ID. Support emails are kept 7 days and then deleted.
Stay safe
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or wallet password. We never contact you first through social media or messaging apps, and we never ask you to send coins to "verify" or "unlock" a swap. Anyone who does is not QuietSwap.
